Terms of sale

Last updated 2 September 2026

1. Who you are buying from

Ringcraft is owned, produced and sold by Dalton Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15930308. Our registered office is on the Companies House register. You can reach us at contact@daltondigital.co.uk. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Dalton Digital Limited, and “you” means the person buying.

2. What you are buying

A personal licence to play Ringcraft. Buying early access at £4.99 entitles you to the early access build when it opens, and to every update through to full release at no further cost. You are not buying shares in the game, a say in its development, or a guarantee of any particular feature.

3. You are paying now for access later

The game is not playable at the time you pay. Early access is planned to open in November 2026 and full release in Q2 2027. On the day early access opens we will email your access to the address attached to your payment. Delivery is by direct download, or by Steam key if Ringcraft ships on Steam — we will tell you which before you pay.

4. If the date moves

Ringcraft is in development and dates can move. If early access will not open in November 2026 we will email you before that date and tell you the new one. You may then ask for a full refund, for any reason, and we will give it. If we abandon the game entirely, everyone who has paid and not been delivered gets a full refund without having to ask.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You may cancel and get a full refund at any time before your access is delivered. Email us and it will be done.

After delivery, your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including a 14-day right to cancel digital content that you have not begun to download. Nothing here reduces those rights.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, normally within five working days.

6. Price

£4.99 today, rising to £9.99 at full release. The price you paid is the price you paid: a later rise never costs you anything more. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT due.

7. Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe emails your receipt.

8. What you may and may not do with it

Your licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may install and play Ringcraft on machines you use. You may not resell it, share your key, redistribute the game or any part of it, or pass it off as your own. We may end the licence, without refund, if you do.

9. Platforms

You tell us your platform at checkout so we know what to send. If we end up unable to deliver a build for your platform, you get a full refund.

10. Your data

To sell you the game we hold your email address and the record of your order. We use them to deliver your access and to tell you about the game you have bought — not to sell you anything else, and never passed to anyone but the payment processor. Ask us and we will delete your record, other than what we must keep for tax.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for anything arising from your purchase is limited to what you paid for it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own country.
